Le Festival du travail de jeunes fait partie du projet NEET'S NET : réseau pour une croissance économique inclusive et durable. Emploi décent, entreprenariat, acquisition de compétences et participation des jeunes filles et garçons vulnérables dans les villes de Bafoussam, Garoua et Mbalmayo. Mis en œuvre par COE Associazione Centro Educativo, en partenariat avec ARCS Culture Solidali, COECAM, Ingegneria Senza Frontiere - Milano, Università Cattolica di Milano et le conseil municipal de Milan. Le projet est financé par l'Agence italienne de coopération au développement.

The Festival of Youth Work is part of the project NEET’S NET:
network for inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Decent employment, entrepreneurship, skills acquisition and participation of vulnerable young girls and boys in the cities of Bafoussam, Garoua and Mbalmayo. Implemented by COE Associazione Centro Educativo, in partnership with ARCS Culture Solidali, COECAM, Ingegneria Senza Frontiere - Milano, Università Cattolica di Milano and Milan City Council. The project is funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.

CONDITIONS D’ADMISSIBILITÉ
Sont admissibles à ce concours les candidatures des artistes et groupe d’artistes résident et œuvrant dans la ville de Mbalmayo. Les candidatures peuvent être :
• Individuelles
• De groupe
Pour les candidatures individuelles le candidat est :
• Une personne (homme ou femme) âgé de moins de 25 ans.
Pour les candidatures de group, le groupe comprend :
• Des personnes (hommes ou femmes) avec au moins une personne âgée de moins de 25 ans
L’artiste (en cas de candidature individuelle) ou le responsable du groupe d’artistes (en cas des candidatures de groupes) doit être titulaire d’un compte bancaire à son nom ou d’un compte Orange Money à a son nom.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Artists and groups of artists living and working in the city of Mbalmayo are eligible to enter the competition. Applications can be:
• Individual
• Group
For individual applications, the candidate is:
• A person (male or female) under 25 years of age.
For group applications, the group includes, at least:
• An individual (male or female) with at least one person under the age of 25
The artist (in the case of individual applications) or the leader of the group of artists (in the case of group applications) must hold a bank account in his/her name or an Orange Money account in his/her name.
RÉCOMPENSES
Les artistes sélectionnés bénéficient :
• D'une contribution financière minimale de 500 euros - 3 000 euros maximum.
• D'un soutien au projet pour la représentation ou la diffusion de leurs oeuvres pendant le festival.
En fonction des dossiers soumis, le jury se réserve le droit de modifier le nombre de lauréats primés, les montants des subventions ou de ne pas attribuer la totalité des prix.
REWARDS
Selected artists receive:
• A minimum financial contribution of 500 euros - 3,000 euros maximum.
• Project support for the performance or broadcast of their work during the festival.
Depending on the applications submitted, the jury reserves the right to modify the number of prize-winners, the amounts of the grants or not to award all the prizes.
